Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (you get the new limits right away, prorated), and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No commitment, no cancellation fees. You can cancel entirely anytime from your billing settings; your account stays active through the end of the paid period.
One audit = one submission of a brand and URL, queried across all five AI providers and scored across all six dimensions, with one PDF report. If a provider fails (rate limit, timeout), you can retry just that provider from the UI without spending a second audit. A monitor run is separate and does not consume your monthly audit budget.
On Business, your PDF reports can be branded with your own company logo, colors, and URL instead of BrandGEO.co branding — so you can deliver them to clients under your own name. Combined with 10 monitors, 5 competitors per monitor, and priority onboarding, the Business plan is built for agencies running AI visibility as a productized service line.
Yes — we offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid subscription if you're not satisfied. After 14 days you can still cancel anytime; your plan stays active through the end of the billing period and isn't renewed. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days except where required by local law.
You can't accidentally overspend. When you reach your plan's monthly audit limit, the "new audit" button is disabled until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Existing monitors keep running (they don't count against the audit budget). If you need a temporary boost, upgrading to Growth or Business is immediate and prorated.
Yes — that's exactly what the Business plan is designed for. One account, up to 10 active monitors (one per client brand or product), white-label PDF reports that carry your branding, and priority onboarding to help you roll out GEO as a service line. Most agencies allocate one monitor per active client plus a monthly audit per engagement.
Yes — annual billing saves 20% compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any plan change. Annual plans renew once per year with an email reminder ahead of the charge.
Each plan is measured by five quotas. On-demand audits/month — a single audit is one full, one-time scan of how all five AI models describe a brand right now, delivered as a PDF; your plan resets this allowance every billing cycle. Brand monitors — a monitor is an automated tracker for one brand that re-scans every Monday and charts your score over time; you can run as many monitors as your plan allows, one per brand or product. Competitors per monitor — how many rival brands each monitor benchmarks you against side by side. Custom queries per monitor — your own prompts (e.g. "best aircon service Singapore") added on top of our standard prompt set, so you can track the exact questions your buyers ask. Trend history — how far back your dashboard charts retain data (30, 90, or 365 days). Audits and monitor runs are billed separately: monitor scans never consume your monthly audit allowance.
