One audit = one submission of a brand and URL, queried across all five AI providers and scored across all six dimensions, with one PDF report. If a provider fails (rate limit, timeout), you can retry just that provider from the UI without spending a second audit. A monitor run is separate and does not consume your monthly audit budget.
Yes — we offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid subscription if you're not satisfied. After 14 days you can still cancel anytime; your plan stays active through the end of the billing period and isn't renewed. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days except where required by local law.
